Cancellation and return

We process our orders quickly to ensure your jewelry reaches you as soon as possible. Because of this efficiency, we can only make changes to your order (such as updating the shipping address or swapping an item) if it has not yet been processed or dispatched by our warehouse.

If you realize you need to make a correction, please contact us immediately at contact@earrings-shic.com or via our Contact Page with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to modify it. However, if the items don’t meet your expectations upon arrival, you can refer to our return policy to find a solution that suits you.

Are there any cancellation fees?
Please be advised that if a cancellation request is accepted before shipment, a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price will apply. This fee covers the administrative costs, processing labor, and preparation specialized for your order.

Once the cancellation is processed, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority at Earrings-Shic. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return so we can assist you promptly. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note: Please be aware that for hygiene reasons, some items like pierced earrings may be subject to specific return conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
