Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your product, we can’t offer a refund or an exchange.
If you change your mind on a weekday within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll refund you immediately.
We process orders only after this 24-hour window so customers can correct mistakes or change their minds. After this period, if the order has already been processed, we can no longer refund you simply because you changed your mind. You will need to wait for the product to be delivered, received, and returned to the address we provide.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging, and the return shipping costs are at your expense.
Some items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
To initiate a return, we will verify that the order is indeed yours using your order number and/or any information you used at checkout—usually your email address.
For your return to be validated, two options are possible:
* We confirm receipt of the parcel at the return address we provided, or
* You send us a scan or photo as proof that the return has been shipped to the correct address. In this second case, a postal receipt or shipping slip may be accepted.
We may ask you to wait until the package is received rather than submitting proof of shipment, especially when a refund request requires an inspection of the item. This inspection must take place before we process any refund.
If you receive an item and claim it arrived damaged but refuse to provide a photo, you will be asked to send the item to a specific address for inspection.contact@earrings-shic.com
Once the package has been received, a refund will only be issued after inspection. If we find that the item is in good condition, we will inform you with a photo and/or video, and in that case, the refund will be denied.
This may seem strict, but due to past cases of dishonesty, we can no longer operate solely on trust. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and do our best to handle each return and refund request fairly.
A fee of €2 will be deducted from each refund to cover payment processor and platform costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival. We’ll then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.contact@earrings-shic.com
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe. This timeframe depends on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you as soon as we initiate the refund on our side.
If your refund is delayed or missing, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before the refund appears officially.
After that, contact your bank—processing delays may still occur.
If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, please email us. Our customer service team will ask whether you completed these two steps. If you have, they will check the system for you.
We’re sorry to ask for these steps, but it ensures we can give proper attention to each request without losing time on cases that haven’t gone through the necessary checks.
For discounted items, any refund will be based on the sale price paid by the customer, not the original full price.
For exchanges, we only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email.contact@earrings-shic.com
For gifts:
If the item was sent directly to you as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once we receive it. A gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or if the person who bought the gift had the item shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. They will be informed that the item has been returned.
For returns, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fees will be deducted from the total.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for exchanged items to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning an item worth €30 or more, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
