2. Preamble
The Company invites its Users to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the “T&Cs”).

The Client is required to read the T&Cs before placing any Order.
In the event of any later modification of the T&Cs, the version applicable to the Client is the one in force at the time of the Order.

The User selects Services, reviews their cart, and confirms the Order by clicking “Order.”

If failure is due to the Client or force majeure, this does not apply.
Incorrect address may result in additional costs charged to the Client.

If valid, the Company may replace or refund the Service.
10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If digital content is accessed/downloaded, withdrawal rights no longer apply.
If a guarantee is offered, it is valid for up to 30 days and only if all required actions are completed by the Client.
If no guarantee is offered, no refund is possible for digital content.
Withdrawal requests must be sent by email.
Refunds are issued within 30 days using the original payment method, with deductions for services already performed.

Clients have rights of access, rectification, and objection by contacting the Company.
