Shipping Policy

By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms below. These conditions are provided to ensure that both parties understand and agree to the arrangement, to protect each other, and to set clear expectations regarding our service.


1. General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels. However, from time to time, discrepancies may occur, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. If this happens, we will contact you to ask whether you prefer to wait for the item to be restocked or receive a store credit.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and most importantly, the destination of the items in your order. They are charged at checkout and represent the final delivery cost.


3. Returns

Return conditions are available in our Refund Policy.


4. Delivery Conditions

International orders are generally in transit for 7 to 10 days. However, delivery time may occasionally be longer depending on the shipping method selected and the supplier processing your items.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. We allow a 24-hour window to give customers the opportunity to modify their shipping address if needed.

Our team communicates with warehouses located in Europe and Asia from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding national holidays when no shipments are processed.

It is important to distinguish shipping from delivery.
Shipping refers to the dispatch of items from our warehouse, while delivery refers to the transport and final handover of the items to your address.

4.4 Change of Shipping Address

We can modify the delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched.

4.5 Shipping to PO Boxes

Our website currently ships only using postal services and does not offer alternative delivery methods.

4.6 Shipping to Military Addresses

We are able to ship to military addresses via USPS. However, courier services cannot be used for these shipments.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to ask whether you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a store credit. The value of the credit will be equal to or greater than the original order value, depending on the inconvenience caused.

4.8 Delivery Delay

If delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us at   so we can assist you.
International orders typically transit for 7 to 10 days, but shipping time may occasionally be longer depending on the delivery method and supplier.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to follow your shipment based on the latest updates provided by the carrier.


6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you notice that a parcel is damaged during transport, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please reach out to our team by email.


7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is already included in the price of the products shown on our website at checkout.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by country, and we encourage you to be aware of potential fees before placing your order.

If you refuse to pay import duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense. You will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the return shipping cost.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.


8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order is shipped, we can accept cancellations at any time before dispatch.
If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.


9. Insurance

Packages are insured against damage and loss up to the declared value provided by the carrier. Loss is confirmed when the postal service officially declares the parcel lost.

A delivery confirmed by the postal service is considered valid. Due to a high number of dishonest claims in the past, we cannot rely solely on customer statements.
However, we will always do our best to assist you by resending your items at our expense or offering a gift voucher of greater value than your original order.

9.1 Process for Damaged Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, which you can find at the bottom of the page.

9.2 Process for Lost Parcels

If the postal service confirms that a parcel was lost in transit, we will resend your items or offer a gift voucher of greater value than your original order.
